Shipping Info

Shipping within the US may take approximately 5-7 business days. For shipping on orders out of the US can take up to 6-10 business day. Shipping fees as well as taxes will be added at the end of your checkout.​ Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with purchase. Processing on orders take approximately 2-3 business days.

 Chic by Monique is not responsible for ANY lost items. If you check your tracking number and the package says delivered, but you have not received it. Please contact United States Postal Service.

If your package is returned due to incorrect address you will be responsible for paying shipping fees again.

Returns/Refunds/Exchanges:​
NO EXCHANGES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS ON ANY ITEMS. 
 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your bracelet arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. To receive replacement, customers must provide clear photos and/or a short video showing the damage. Once verified, a replacement of the same item (or a comparable item if the original is unavailable) will be sent.

Due to the handmade and limited nature of our products, refunds are not issued for damaged items. Replacements only.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper handling after delivery are not considered defects.
