Roll the bracelet on and off your wrist instead of pulling it. Remove before showering, swimming, or sleeping, and avoid contact with water, lotions, perfumes, and harsh chemicals. Store in a cool, dry place when not in use to help maintain its quality and shine.

Due to the personal nature of jewelry and accessories, we do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24hrs of delivery at shopchic93@gmail.com.
- Please include your order number, clear photos and/or videos of the item as proof, and write "Accessories" in the subject line of your email.
- We'll gladly replace the item or issue store credit. Customers are responsible for their own return label.

If you check your tracking number and the package says delivered, but you have not received it. Please contact United States Postal Service. If your package is returned due to incorrect address you will be responsible for paying shipping fees again.
